- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed after 2 PM, weekends, or public holidays are processed the next business day.
- You’ll receive an email or SMS once your order has been dispatched.

6. Tracking

7. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Parcels
- If your parcel arrives damaged, please take clear photos and contact us within 24 hours.
- If your order is lost in transit, we’ll open an investigation and resend or refund once confirmed.
- Indulgence Classic is not liable for delays caused by the courier, incorrect addresses, or events beyond our control.
8. Address & Delivery Details
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate.
Include building/unit numbers and a reachable contact number.
If the courier cannot deliver due to incorrect information, you may be charged a re-delivery fee.
